Redfish Productions LLC (“Redfish,” “we,” “us”) operates https://redfishproductions.com/ (the “Site”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This policy applies only to information collected through the Site. It does not cover information we collect offline or through other channels, such as on a production set or under a separate agreement with a client, vendor, or employee.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message. When you apply for a job, we collect the information in your application, such as your contact details, resume, work history, and any other material you choose to submit.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring page, and the date and time of your visit.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through the Site, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. Please do not include it in your messages or application materials.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Review and evaluate job applications, and contact applicants about open positions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing email unless you have asked to receive it.

We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry information for 12 months after our last communication with you, and job application materials for 2 years after the position is filled, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Analytics data is kept according to the settings in our analytics account, currently 14 months. After these periods we delete the information or remove details that identify you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and state privacy rights

You can ask us to update or delete information you sent us through the Site, and you can opt out of analytics cookies using the methods described above.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws, including those in California and Tennessee, may give you additional rights. These can include the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally within 45 days. If we deny a request, you may be able to appeal by replying to our response.

Children, third-party links, and changes

Children. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Third-party links. The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
